YOUR INFORMATION

You choose what you share

Before any data sale

We agree what records may be included and how they may be used. Information you are not entitled to share must stay out. Removing names does not cancel confidentiality agreements or make every record safe to sell.

When you ask for an assessment

NextLevel Data Broker uses your company name, email and the business details you enter to review your enquiry and contact you about an assessment. Requests are stored securely on our server. They are not published on the website, and submitting does not sign you up for marketing.

Do not enter customer identities, bank details, passwords or confidential business information. This form does not ask you to upload files.

Website tools

This website uses no advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. The animation can be paused and respects your reduced-motion setting.

When the team contacts you, you can ask about your enquiry, corrections or deletion by replying to them. Continuing use of records already sold is governed by the separate data agreement. Full website privacy notice

How it works

From your records to payment, step by step

You stay in control at every step. Nothing is shared until you have agreed exactly what is included.

  1. You tell us about your business

A short form: what you do, what records you keep and how far back they go. No files, no account.

  2. We check if it could be a fit

We look at what you told us and contact you about the next step. If it is not a fit, we say so.

  3. We talk it through

A conversation about which records might be useful and what you want to keep out.

  4. We look at documents, if needed — protected

If we need to see examples or agreements, we sign a confidentiality agreement first. That is a promise in writing to keep what you show us private, sometimes called an NDA.

  5. We give you our first view

Which records could be worth money, what may need to stay out and why. Our software helps us find possible problems; appropriate people review them. It is a careful check, not an automatic legal approval.

  6. We make you an offer

In writing: what is included, the price and when you are paid. We tell you clearly if payment depends on us selling the records on.

  7. You sign the agreement

Your contract is with NextLevel Data Broker. You do not negotiate with buyers yourself.

  8. We prepare the approved records

We remove private details, tidy and check the records. You approve the result before it is shared with anyone.

  9. You get paid

Payment follows the terms in your contract.

An early estimate is not an offer. No price or yearly payment is promised before we review your records and agree terms with you.
