NO FILES. NO OBLIGATION.Step 1 of 3 · Your business

What does your company do?

Start with your business. We’ll ask for your email at the end.

YOUR INFORMATION

You choose what you share

Before any data sale

We agree what records may be included and how they may be used. Information you are not entitled to share must stay out. Removing names does not cancel confidentiality agreements or make every record safe to sell.

When you ask for an assessment

NextLevel Data Broker uses your company name, email and the business details you enter to review your enquiry and contact you about an assessment. Requests are stored securely on our server. They are not published on the website, and submitting does not sign you up for marketing.

Do not enter customer identities, bank details, passwords or confidential business information. This form does not ask you to upload files.

Website tools

This website uses no advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. The animation can be paused and respects your reduced-motion setting.

When the team contacts you, you can ask about your enquiry, corrections or deletion by replying to them. Continuing use of records already sold is governed by the separate data agreement. Full website privacy notice

Shops & online stores

The records behind your sales could earn you more

Your shop decides what to stock, answers customers and sorts out returns every day. Catalogues and reviews do not show how those decisions were made. Your records do, and AI companies want to learn from them.

Typical ranges, not a promise. The real amount depends on your records and the contract.

What buyers pay for

One product, followed across five tools

Buyers want to see how a real shop plans, sells and puts things right, not single sales figures.

  1. Plan Last season’s sales checked
  2. Reorder How much, when and why
  3. Price Kept, raised or marked down
  4. Question Customer asks, staff answer
  5. Delivery Sent, delayed or lost, and what was done
  6. Return Reason, check and outcome

What is worth most

Decisions with a reason beat sales totals

A guide to what buyers value, not a price list. Shoppers’ names, addresses and payment details are never included.

  • Customer questions with the reply and what happened next Highest
  • Returns with the reason, the check made and the outcome Highest
  • Stock decisions with the reason and how the item sold High
  • Delivery problems followed to a fix High
  • Daily sales totals, price lists or supplier descriptions on their own Low
  • Marketplace records the terms do not let you share Not yours unless the marketplace allows

Hidden clues

Brand agreements

Trade prices and launch plans stay out unless the brand agrees

Your records. Your choice. An AI check flags risks, people review them, and nothing is shared until you approve it.

How we protect your information

Two ways to earn

Sell your history once, then keep earning

Two separate offers. Choose one, both or neither.

Yearly income grows as you capture more First sale Yearly sales

Illustration, not a forecast. Yearly payments apply only if your contract says so.

Sell existing records
  • Seasons of orders, returns and messages you already have
  • The person who runs orders, a few hours here and there
  • A written offer: fixed price, or paid after a later sale
How selling works
Earn from new records each year

We call this Data Farming: keeping better records of work you already do, so there is more to sell each year.

Small process changes, better-set-up tools or a few extra tools that capture more mean even more money every year

  • Small process changes, e.g. pick a reason whenever stock is reordered or marked down
  • Set up the tools you already use to keep more of the story
  • Add tools that capture more, free of charge if part of the agreed plan
  • No keystroke logging, nothing switched on without your approval
How Data Farming works

How it works

From first chat to offer

  1. 1

    Tell us about your shop

Your store, till, courier accounts and how many seasons you have

  2. 2

    Preliminary valuation

An estimate within one week, with nothing shared

  3. 3

    Scope and checks

Marketplace, brand and privacy checks, with people reviewing the results

  4. 4

    Offer and your approval

A written offer. Nothing leaves until you approve it

An honest check

Is this right for your company?

A good fit

  • Several seasons of orders, returns and messages
  • Reasons for returns or reorders written down, at least sometimes
  • Your own online store, not only a marketplace
  • Customer questions answered by your own team
  • Records spread across store, till, courier and email

Probably not yet

  • Nearly all sales through a marketplace that forbids sharing
  • Only bare sales totals, with no notes
  • Less than a year of history
Before you decide

Questions shop owners ask

Can you use our customers’ order history?

Only parts that cannot identify a person, and only if you are allowed to share them. Names, addresses and payment details always stay out.

We sell on a marketplace. Do we own those records?

Not always. Some marketplaces limit how you can use their records. We help you check what you are allowed to share.

We are a small shop. Is it worth it?

There is no fixed size. Years of complete records can matter more than size. We will tell you honestly if it is not worth preparing.

Do you need our product photos and descriptions?

Usually not. Standard descriptions and supplier photos add little, and some belong to the brand. The useful part is how your team made decisions and solved problems.

Our shop has closed. Can we still sell our records?

Yes, possibly. A shop that has closed or is closing can still sell its existing records, as long as the rights are clear. Yearly income from new records is only for shops still trading.
