YOUR INFORMATION

You choose what you share

Before any data sale

We agree what records may be included and how they may be used. Information you are not entitled to share must stay out. Removing names does not cancel confidentiality agreements or make every record safe to sell.

When you ask for an assessment

NextLevel Data Broker uses your company name, email and the business details you enter to review your enquiry and contact you about an assessment. Requests are stored securely on our server. They are not published on the website, and submitting does not sign you up for marketing.

Do not enter customer identities, bank details, passwords or confidential business information. This form does not ask you to upload files.

Website tools

This website uses no advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. The animation can be paused and respects your reduced-motion setting.

When the team contacts you, you can ask about your enquiry, corrections or deletion by replying to them. Continuing use of records already sold is governed by the separate data agreement. Full website privacy notice

Cleaning, repair & service businesses

Your job sheets show how real problems get fixed

The gap between what the customer said on the phone and what your team found on the day is rare knowledge. AI companies want to learn how experienced people work out what is wrong, and whether the fix lasted.

What buyers pay for

One call, followed from the phone to the outcome

Buyers want to see how a real job moves from the first call to a fix that lasts, not single invoices.

  1. Call Customer describes the problem
  2. Booking Slot booked, moved if needed
  3. Visit Technician finds what is really wrong
  4. Quote Extra work explained and agreed
  5. Fix Done, tested, job sheet written
  6. Follow-up No call-back, or a repeat visit linked to the first

What is worth most

What was found beats what was done

A guide to what buyers value, not a price list. Customer and technician details are removed first.

  • Job sheets with what was found, what was done and the result Highest
  • Repeat visits linked to the first job Highest
  • Quotes next to the final job, with the reason for changes High
  • Booking history with changes and cancellations High
  • Invoices, price lists and job sheets that only say ‘done’ Low
  • Customer names, addresses, door codes and photos inside homes Never included

What stays private

Your customers’ homes and your people stay protected

Homes and access

Addresses, door codes, key-safe numbers and alarm details are never included

Customer names and numbers

Removed from bookings, quotes and job sheets

Notes that point to a person

Health details or notes about someone living alone are left out

Photos inside homes

Checked or left out

Technicians

Names removed; notes about one person’s performance stay out

Landlords and larger clients

Their job records stay out unless they agree

Your records. Your choice. An AI check flags risks, people review them, and nothing is shared until you approve it.

How we protect your information

Two ways to earn

Sell your history once, then keep earning

Two separate offers. Choose one, both or neither.

Yearly income grows as you capture more First sale Yearly sales

Illustration, not a forecast. Yearly payments apply only if your contract says so.

Sell existing records
  • Years of job sheets and bookings you already have
  • One person from the office, a few hours here and there
  • A written offer: fixed price, or paid after a later sale
How selling works
Earn from new records each year

We call this Data Farming: keeping better records of work you already do, so there is more to sell each year.

Small process changes, better-set-up tools or a few extra tools that capture more mean even more money every year

  • Small process changes, e.g. a line for what the technician found and a link from each call-back to the first job
  • Set up the tools you already use to keep more of the story
  • Add tools that capture more, free of charge if part of the agreed plan
  • No keystroke logging, nothing switched on without your approval
How Data Farming works

How it works

From first chat to offer

  1. 1

    Tell us about your business

Where bookings, quotes and job sheets are kept, and how far back they go

  2. 2

    Preliminary valuation

An estimate within one week, with nothing shared

  3. 3

    Scope and checks

Customer, client and privacy checks, with people reviewing the results

  4. 4

    Offer and your approval

A written offer. Nothing leaves until you approve it

An honest check

Is this right for your company?

A good fit

  • Several years of job sheets
  • Plumbing, heating, electrical, cleaning, pest control or appliance repair
  • Repeat visits and quote changes written down
  • Booking or job software, or paper records you kept
  • Records spread across several tools

Probably not yet

  • Job sheets that only ever say ‘done’
  • Visits that cannot be linked together
  • Most work is for one client whose contract forbids sharing
Before you decide

Questions service businesses ask

Our technicians write very short notes. Are they still useful?

They can be, especially over several years. Data Farming can help your team add a little more detail without slowing them down.

We visit people’s homes. Is that a problem?

Personal details such as names, addresses and access codes stay out, and photos from inside homes are checked or left out. We only use what can be shared safely and with permission.

Do our technicians need to install anything?

Not to start. If you later join Data Farming, any extra software is optional, agreed with you and provided at no charge.

We do work for letting agents and landlords. Whose records are they?

It depends on your contracts. Some clients own the job records, or asked you to keep them confidential. We help you check, and anything that is theirs stays out unless they agree.
